Overview

The Chemtube® 2000 tubular diaphragm metering pump is hydraulically actuated and features a rugged, compact cast iron gearbox with a hydraulically balanced tubular diaphragm for accurate chemical feed and long service life. An integral automatic refill system eliminates the need for adjustment under changing operating conditions An optional PTFE lined diaphragm provides for chemical compatibility with virtually any chemical used in the water treatment process. Three tubular diaphragm sizes are available for capacities up to 2000 l/h (525gal/h) at pressures up to 13.3 bar.

Q. Are these pumps the same as the original Wallace and Tiernan Chemtube® 2000 Pumps?

A. These pumps are identical in form, fit and function to the original pumps manufactured by Wallace and Tiernan. The pumps are manufactured from the same engineering drawings and data as was originally used.

Q. Can I purchase spare parts for these pumps?

A. Spare parts can be purchased in kit form for the standard maintenance requirements. The most common kits are the suction and demand valve kits and the diaphragm kits. In addition to the standard maintenance kits we can also supply most other components to repair your pump, in addition we can also advise and configure new pumps to suit your requirements.

Q. Can I get my pump refurbished?

A. We can provide a complete refurbishment service upon request. The usual turnaround time would be 4 weeks from receipt of your pump.

Q. How quickly can I receive spare parts?

A. 80% of our standard service and maintenance kits can be shipped next day

Q. What is the best way to make a payment?

A. You can pay by credit card or by raising a Purchase order to Water Process Solutions Ltd if you have a credit account setup.

Q. What is the lead time on the pumps?

A. Most configurations can be supplied within 12 weeks.
