Q. Are these pumps the same as the original Wallace and Tiernan Encore 700 Pumps?

A. These pumps are identical in form, fit and function to the original pumps manufactured by Wallace and Tiernan. The pumps are manufactured from the same engineering drawings and data as was originally used.

Q. Can I purchase spare parts for these pumps?

A. Spare parts can be purchased in kit form for the standard maintenance requirements. The most common kits are the suction and demand valve kits and the diaphragm kits. In addition to the standard maintenance kits we can also supply most other components to repair your pump, in addition we can also advise and configure new pumps to suit your requirements.

Q. Can I get my pump refurbished?

A. We can provide a complete refurbishment service upon request. The usual turn around time would be 7 days from receipt of your pump.

A. 80% of our standard service and maintenance kits can be shipped next day

Q. What is the best way to make a payment?
